PRODUCTION METHOD OF BACKFILL, BACKFILL AND BACKFILL PRODUCTION SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a backfill which allows construction generation soil of a wide variety of soil properties to be used as raw material soil, a backfill production system and a backfill with construction generation soil of a wide variety of soil properties as raw material soil.SOLUTION: A production method of a backfill includes a foreign matter removal step, a drying step, a mixing step and a moisture ratio adjustment step. The foreign matter removal step comprises removing foreign matter from construction generation soil M1 generated in a construction site. The drying step comprises drying water purification sludge generated by a purification treatment of water taken in from rivers to a moisture ratio of 70% or lower to form purification water soil M2. The mixing step comprises mixing 80% or less of the construction generation soil M1, 20% or less of purification water soil M2 and 5% or less of quick lime together to form mixed soil Mx1. The moisture ratio adjustment step comprises adjusting the moisture ratio of the mixed soil Mx1 to 25% or lower.
【課題】幅広い土質の建設発生土を原料土とすることができる埋め戻し材の製造方法、埋め戻し材製造システムおよび幅広い土質の建設発生土を原料土とした埋め戻し材を提供する。【解決手段】埋め戻し材の製造方法は、異物除去工程、乾燥工程、混合工程および含水比調整工程を含んでいる。異物除去工程は、工事現場から生じた建設発生土M1から異物を除去する。乾燥工程は、河川から取水した水の浄化処理によって生じる浄水汚泥を含水比が70%以下まで乾燥させて浄水土M2を生成する。混合工程は、建設発生土M1を80%以下、浄水土M2を20%以下、および生石灰を5%以下の各割合で混合して混合土Mx1を生成する。含水比調整工程は、混合土Mx1の含水比を25%以下に調整する。【選択図】 図1
