SAFETY DEVICE FOR FIRE SHUTTER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device for a fire shutter that allows a person caught by the fire shutter escape by lifting a fireproof sliding plate but disables opening of the fireproof sliding plate with an automatic lock device when the fire shutter is closed.SOLUTION: When a stopper lever is above an installation surface S and a fire shutter is open, a controller 80 controls a stopper tool 81 to take an inclined attitude to a vertical line, with an elastic force of a tension spring 88, to enable a fireproof sliding plate 25 to be lifted. When the fire shutter is closed, the controller 80 controls the stopper tool 81 to hang down along the vertical line by a gravitational force, without applying the elastic force of the tension spring 88 to the stopper tool 81. This causes the stopper tool 81 to interfere with a bottom part material 31 of the fireproof sliding plate 25, disabling lifting of the fireproof sliding plate 25.
【課題】防火シャッタに人が挟まった場合に、防火スライド板が上方に移動して退避する防火シャッタ用安全装置において、防火シャッタが閉鎖している場合には、防火スライド板は開くことができないようにする自動ロック装置を実現する。【解決手段】ストッパ杆が設置面Ｓの上方にあって防火シャッタが開いている時には、制御具８０は、引っ張りバネ８８の弾力でつっかえ具８１を鉛直線に対して傾斜した姿勢になるように制御し、防火スライド板２５は上方へ移動可能とし、防火シャッタが閉鎖している時には、制御具８０はつっかえ具８１に引っ張りバネ８８の上記弾力を付与することなく、つっかえ具８１が重力によって鉛直線に沿って吊り下がった姿勢になるように制御し、防火スライド板２５の底部材３１がつっかえ具８１につっかえて、防火スライド板２５は上方へ移動できない。【選択図】 図８
