SAFETY APPARATUS FOR FIRE SHUTTER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety apparatus for a fire shutter which may be attached simply, having a construction that when a winding wire for a shutter curtain is cut out and the shutter curtain falls down rapidly, rotation of a winding syringe for the shutter curtain is stopped so that falling of the shutter curtain is stopped.SOLUTION: A safety apparatus 31 for a fire shutter comprises a centrifugal force action tool 32. The centrifugal force action tool 32 comprises an appearing core 36 and a storage pipe 37 storing the appearing core 36 in a manner the appearing core may be ejected from it. The appearing core 36 is usually stored in the storage pipe 37. When a shutter curtain 3 falls down by self-weight due to cut of a winding wire 10 and a winding drum 11 rotates at a high-speed, centrifugal force acts, a part is ejected from the storage pipe 37, and collides onto a stopper bracket 33 arranged at periphery, the rotation of the winding drum 11 and a winding syringe 9 is stopped so as to stop falling of the shutter curtain 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】シャッタカーテンの巻き揚げワイヤが切断し、シャッタカーテンが急速落下した際に、シャッタカーテンの巻き取り筒の回転を停止させて、シャッタカーテンの落下を停止させる、構成、取り付けが簡単な防火シャッタ用安全装置を実現する。【解決手段】防火シャッタ用安全装置３１は、遠心力動作具３２を有し、遠心力動作具３２は、出没杆３６と、出没杆３６を出没可能に収容する収容管３７と、を備えており、出没杆３６は、常時は収容管３７内に収容されているが、巻き揚げワイヤ１０の切断によってシャッタカーテン３が自重落下し、巻き付けドラム１１が高速回転した際に遠心力が作用し、収容管３７から一部が飛び出して、周囲に配置された停止ブラケット３３に衝突して巻き付けドラム１１及び巻き取り筒９の回転が停止させ、シャッタカーテン３の落下を停止させる。【選択図】 図１２
