PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-hung window capable of enhancing heat insulation property and safety in operation.SOLUTION: A double-hung window includes a fixed upper window sash installed in a top part of a frame installed on an opening of a building, and an openable lower window sash 4 installed below the upper window sash. A space 42 is formed between a bottom rail 24 of the lower window sash 4 and a lower frame member 7 of the frame, in which a support part 13a of a support member 13 is disposed that lays a guide groove below the bottom rail 24. A door pull piece 37a protrudes through an opening 42a of the space 42 from a resin bottom rail 37 of the lower window sash 4, and a first fin part 48a is formed on a first soft resin lower frame member 48 of the lower frame member 7, the first fin part extending obliquely downward of the opening 42a. A second fin part 49a that comes in contact with a bottom part of the resin bottom rail 37 of the lower window sash 4 is formed on and extends from a second soft resin lower frame member 49, and two auxiliary fin parts 49b protrudes from a tip of the second fin part 49a in a direction opposite the bottom rail 24. The first soft resin lower frame member 48 and the second soft resin lower frame member 49 are made of a resin softer and more easily deformed than the door pull piece 37a.
【課題】断熱性と操作の安全性を高めることができる。【解決手段】上げ下げ窓1は、建物開口部に設けた枠体内の上部に設けた固定の上障子と下部に設けていて開放可能な下障子4とを備えた。下障子4の下框24と枠体の下枠7との間に空間42を形成し、下框24の下部にガイド溝を走行する支持部材13の支持部13aを設けた。下障子4の樹脂下框37に空間42の開口42aに突出する引手片37aを設け、下枠7の第一軟質樹脂下枠48に開口42aの斜め下方に延びる第一ヒレ部48aを形成した。第二軟質樹脂下枠49には、下障子4の樹脂下框37の底部に当接する第二ヒレ部49aを延ばして形成し、第二ヒレ部49aの先端で下框24と反対側に2本の補助ヒレ部49bを突出させた。第一軟質樹脂下枠48と第二軟質樹脂下枠49は引手片37aより軟質で変形し易い樹脂である。【選択図】図4
