BEARING WALL FRAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing wall frame capable of forming an opening part, capable of imparting earthquake resistant performance excellent in a building, without causing the problem of a rigidity loss by sliding in the lateral-vertical direction of a strength unit in bolt joining by a middle bolt or the like.SOLUTION: A bearing wall frame is formed by joining both ends of a strength unit 3 to adjacent columns 2 and 2, and the strength unit 3 comprises upper-lower cross rails 4 and 5 and a shear force burden member 6 interposed between the cross rails 4 and 5, and the shear force burden member 6 is composed of a plurality of muntins 11, and among joining parts 12A-12D for joining both ends of the cross rails 4 and 5 of the strength unit 3 and the columns 2, at least one place is joined by a bolt 9 of turning in a vertical direction, and at least the other one place is joined by a bolt 10 of turning in a lengthwise direction of the cross rails 4 and 5.
【課題】開口部の形成が可能でかつ建物に優れた耐震性能を与えることができ、中ボルト等によるボルト接合で、耐力ユニットの左右上下方向へのすべりによる剛性ロスの問題を生じることのない耐力壁フレームを提供する。【解決手段】耐力壁フレームは、隣合う柱2,2に耐力ユニット3の両端を接合してなり、耐力ユニット3は、上下の横桟4,5と、横桟4,5間に介在したせん断力負担部材6とを有し、せん断力負担部材6は、複数本の縦桟11からなり、耐力ユニット3の横桟4,5の両端と柱2とを接合する接合部12A〜12Dのうち、少なくとも1箇所は上下方向を向くボルト9で、少なくとも他の1箇所は横桟4,5の長手方向を向くボルト10で接合する。【選択図】図2
