To provide a ladder type bearing wall frame having two vertical materials which can solve the problem that cross sections of the vertical materials should be increased due to generation of a relatively large composite cross-sectional force on one vertical material, and a portal frame having the ladder type bearing wall frame.SOLUTION: A ladder type bearing wall frame 10 has two metal vertical material 1A and 1B that are parallel to each other, and a plurality of horizontal materials 4 that are arranged at an interval in a longitudinal direction of the vertical material 1 between the two vertical materials 1A and 1B and are connected to each of the vertical materials 1A and 1B, in which the horizontal materials 4 have one metal connection material 3, and one metal damper 2 connected to the connection material 3, one end of the damper 2 is connected to the vertical material 1B, and one end of the connection material 3 is connected to the other vertical material 1A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】二本の縦材を備える梯子型耐力壁架構に関し、一方の縦材に相対的に大きな複合断面力が生じることに起因して縦材の断面を大きくせざるを得ないといった課題を解消することのできる、梯子型耐力壁架構と、この梯子型耐力壁架構を備えた門型架構を提供すること。【解決手段】相互に平行な二本の金属製の縦材1A,1Bと、二本の縦材1A,1B間において縦材1の長手方向に間隔を置いて配設され、それぞれの縦材1A,1Bに接続されている複数の横材4とを有する梯子型耐力壁架構10であり、横材4は、一つの金属製の繋ぎ材3と、繋ぎ材3に接続されている一つの金属製のダンパー2とを有し、ダンパー2の一端が一方の縦材1Bに接続され、繋ぎ材3の一端が他方の縦材1Aに接続されている。【選択図】図1
