IRON AND STEEL SLAG TREATMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover Ca content from iron and steel slag and to recover at low cost, NaOH and HCl which are used for treatment.SOLUTION: An iron and steel slag treatment method is provided which performs: a step 1 of separating CaCl-containing solution and an undissolved matter containing Fe content by filtration, the CaCl-containing solution being produced by processing iron and steel slag in a dissolving tank using hydrochloric acid solution containing NaCl at pH=0 to 1; a step 2 of separating a Fe(OH)-containing precipitate by filtration, the Fe(OH)-containing precipitate being produced by adding alkali to the CaCl-containing solution from which the undissolved matter has been separated by filtration and processing the CaCl-containing solution at pH=3 to less than 10.5; a step 3 of separating a Ca(OH)-containing precipitate and NaCl-containing solution by filtration, the Ca(OH)-containing precipitate being produced by adding alkali to the CaCl-containing solution from which the Fe(OH)-containing precipitate has been separated by filtration and processing the CaCl-containing solution at pH=10.5 to 13; a step 4 of converting the NaCl-containing solution obtained in the step 3 into hydrogen, chlorine and NaOH solution by electrolysis; and a step 5 of synthesizing HCl from the hydrogen and the chlorine obtained in the step 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄鋼スラグからCa分を回収し、処理に用いるNaOHとHClを低コストで回収する。【解決手段】鉄鋼スラグを溶解槽においてpH=0〜1のNaClを含む塩酸溶液で処理することでできるCaCl2を含む溶液とFe分を含む未溶解物を、濾別で分離する工程1と、前記未溶解物が濾別された前記CaCl2を含む溶液にアルカリを添加し、pH=3〜10.5未満で処理することでできるFe(OH)3を含む沈殿物を、濾別で分離する工程2と、前記沈殿物が濾別された前記CaCl2を含む溶液にアルカリを添加し、pH=10.5〜13で処理することでできるCa(OH)2を含む沈殿物とNaClを含む溶液を濾別で分離する工程3と、前記工程3でできるNaClを含む溶液を電気分解により水素と塩素とNaOH溶液にする工程4と、前記工程4でできる水素と塩素からHClを合成する工程5と、を実施することを特徴とする鉄鋼スラグの処理方法。【選択図】図1
