TREATMENT METHOD FOR IRON AND STEEL SLAG AND IRON AND STEEL SLAG TREATMENT DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for iron and steel slag capable of efficiently performing the aging treatment and carbonation treatment of iron and steel slag, and an iron and steel slag treatment device.SOLUTION: An internal piping provided with a plurality of blow-out holes is disposed at a slag container, iron and steel slag is charged to the slag container, it is stored into a pressure container including the slag container, vapor aging is performed, thereafter, air for cooling is made to flow to the iron and steel slag after the aging via the internal piping, so as to be cooled, next, the slag container is stored into the pressure container, and the carbonation treatment of the iron and steel slag is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鉄鋼スラグのエージング処理と炭酸化処理とを効率良く行うことができる鉄鋼スラグの処理方法及び鉄鋼スラグの処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】スラグ容器に複数の吹出孔を備えた内部配管を配設しておき、このスラグ容器に鉄鋼スラグを投入し、スラグ容器ごと圧力容器内に収容して蒸気エージングを行った後、前記内部配管を介してエージング後の鉄鋼スラグに冷却用空気を流して冷却し、次いで、スラグ容器を圧力容器内に収容して鉄鋼スラグの炭酸化処理を行うようにする。【選択図】図2
