PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable increase in vertical bearing strength for a column replaced by a hydraulic solidification material liquid, by increasing peripheral surface frictional force between the column and a surrounding ground.SOLUTION: A construction method for a column replaced with a hydraulic solidifying material liquid is for constructing a column replaced with a hydraulic solidifying material liquid 4 in a hole excavated with an excavation rod 2, the construction work being done with a construction device for a column replaced with a hydraulic solidifying material liquid having at least one ground cutting blade 3 fixed on a peripheral surface of a lower part of the excavation rod 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
