WINDING DEVICE FOR PC STEEL STRANDED WIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for winding PC steel stranded wire on a reel, used when transferring a heavy object with a jack-type hoisting machine using the PC steel stranded wire.SOLUTION: A winding device for PC steel stranded wire is for winding PC steel stranded wire extruded from a tip of a jack of a jack-type hoisting machine on a reel 23. The reel is of a roughly cylindrical shape, and has a PC steel stranded wire storage part 60 along an inner peripheral surface, an opening 61 formed on one side surface for guiding the PC steel stranded wire, and a PC steel stranded wire fixing part 57 inside. The reel is installed rotatably on a cradle 52, and the PC steel stranded wire extruded from the tip of the jack of the jack-type hoisting machine is guided into the reel through the opening and fixed on the PC steel stranded wire fixing part. Using thick and hard properties of the PC steel stranded wire, the PC steel stranded wire is inwardly wound and stored in the PC steel stranded wire storage part, for an amount extruded from the tip of the jack.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8

【課題】重量物を、ＰＣ鋼より線を用いてジャッキ式吊り上げ機械で移送するときにＰＣ鋼より線をリールに巻き取るための装置を提供すること。【解決手段】ジャッキ式吊り上げ機械のジャッキ先端から押し出されるＰＣ鋼より線をリール２３に巻き取るＰＣ鋼より線の巻き取り装置において、前記リールは、略円筒形で、内周面をＰＣ鋼より線収納部６０となし、一側面にＰＣ鋼より線を案内する開口部６１を形成し、内部にＰＣ鋼より線固着部５７を設け、このリールを受け台５２に回転自在に設置し、前記ジャッキ式吊り上げ機械のジャッキ先端から押し出されるＰＣ鋼より線を、前記開口部を経て前記リールの内部に誘導して前記ＰＣ鋼より線固着部に固着し、ＰＣ鋼より線の太くて堅い性質を利用してジャッキ先端から押し出される分だけ前記ＰＣ鋼より線収納部に内巻きに収納する。【選択図】図８
