ANCHORAGE DEVICE FOR PC STEEL STRANDED WIRE
To provide an anchorage device for PC steel stranded wire allowing anchorage to be securely carried out in both of push and pull directions in a simple structure and allowing repeatable use in anchoring and releasing.SOLUTION: An anchorage device for a PC steel stranded wire is to grip a PC steel stranded wire 13 by clamping it from both sides with two gripper securing grooves 32 of a first gripper 30 and a second gripper 31 to apply pressure force between the grippers with a securing jack 34, wherein an inner surface of the securing groove 32 is made of a material with hardness higher than that of a strand of the PC steel stranded wire 13, the securing groove 32 has a specific mating effective length L as well as tooth 33 with a plurality of the number of teeth n is formed with a predetermined pitch P in the securing groove 32, and the tooth 33 are formed in a steep mountain shape, and a tooth height H of the tooth 33 is 0.5 to 1.0 mm and a tooth angle 2θ is 90 to 130 degrees, or preferably, the tooth height is 0.5 to 0.7 mm, and the tooth angle 2θ is 100 to 120 degrees.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】構造が簡単で、押しと引きの両方向に確実に定着でき、また、定着と解除を繰り返し使用することのできるPC鋼より線の定着装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】PC鋼より線13を第1のグリッパ30と第2のグリッパ31の2枚のグリッパの定着溝32で両面から挟み、定着ジャッキ34で前記グリッパ間に圧縮力を与えて挟着するようにしたPC鋼より線の定着装置において、前記定着溝32の内面は、前記PC鋼より線13の素線硬度より硬度の高い材質からなり、前記定着溝32は、所定の噛み合い有効長L有するとともに、この定着溝32に所定のピッチpで複数の山数nの歯形33を形成し、前記歯形33は、とがり山形をなし、その歯丈Hが0.5~1.0mmで、歯角度2θが90~130度、より好ましくは、歯丈Hが0.5~0.7mmで、歯角度2θが100~120度を有する。【選択図】図1
