PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold that allows work inside a manhole tank to be performed safely and complies with the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health.SOLUTION: An assembly-type scaffold for high-place work in a manhole tank includes: a work scaffold floor 7 having an intermediately holding fitting 9 for a scaffold board and a movable holding fitting 10 for a scaffold board; a scaffold supporting frame having a scaffold hooking hook 11 and a retaining metal fitting 12 for preventing hook dislocation; and a work scaffold frame on left 16 and on right 17 having a handrail 13, an intermediate rail member 14 and a baseboard 15. A work procedure comprises the following steps for: hooking the scaffold hooking hook 11 of the scaffold supporting frame on a gangway ladder 2 of the manhole; setting the retaining metal fitting 12 for preventing hook dislocation; setting the work scaffold frame on left and right 17, 16 on the work scaffold floor 7 and assembling the frames; inserting one surface of a scaffold board into the movable holding fitting 10 for a scaffold board, and pressing an end point of the scaffold board against a manhole wall surface; and fixing the scaffold board with the intermediately holding fitting 9 for a scaffold board.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】マンホール槽内作業が安全にできて、労働安全衛生規則に順守している作業用足場を提供する。【解決手段】マンホール槽内高所作業用組立式足場は、足場板中間保持金具９と足場板可動保持金具１０を有する作業用足場床７と、足場引掛用フック１１とフック外れ防止引き止め金具１２を有する足場支持フレームと、手すり１３と中さん１４と幅木１５とを有する作業用足場枠左用１６、右用１７とからなる。作業手順は、まず、足場支持フレーム足場引掛用フック１１をマンホールのタラップ２に引掛け、フック外れ防止引き止め金具１２をセットし、作業用足場枠右用左用１７，１６を作業用足場床７にセットして組立し、足場板の片面を足場板可動保持金具１０に差込み、足場板の端点をマンホールの壁面に密着後、足場板を足場板中間保持金具９で固定した。【選択図】図５
