RESIN FOAM PROTECTION MATERIAL, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND PROTECTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection material widely applicable to objects to be protected, which has a sufficient tightening force and is hardly removed therefrom, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof and a protection method.SOLUTION: A protection material 1 includes: a front face protection part 2 which is formed of a foaming resin composition, which protects at least a front face of an object to be protected; a pair of curved portions 3 which curve from both ends of the front face protection part in a side direction respectively; a pair of extension parts 4 each of which further curves gently from the curved portion extending with approaching each other in an upper direction or a lower direction relative to the horizontal plane and is positioned being separated from each other; a pair of holding parts 5 extending being bent inward relative to the extension part; and a pair of protrusion parts 6 at the front end of the holding parts 5. Working parts of the protrusion parts 6 are positioned at the inner side of a base part or inner wall of the base part of the holding parts 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】保護可能な被保護材の適用幅が広く、十分な締め付け力を有し、被保護材から脱離しにくい保護材及びその製造方法並びに保護方法を提供する。【解決手段】前記保護材１は、発泡樹脂組成物で形成され、被保護材の少なくとも前面部を保護する前面保護部２と、この前面保護部の両端から側部方向に湾曲する湾曲部３と、この湾曲部から緩やかに湾曲して、水平面に対し上方向ないし下方向に、互いに近づきつつ延び、かつ互いに遊離して位置する延出部４と、この延出部に対して、内側に屈曲して連なる挟持部５と、この挟持部５の先端部に突出部６とを備え、突出部６の作用部位が、挟持部５の基部又は基部内壁よりも内側に位置する。【選択図】図１
