CONTINUOUS MACHINE SCREW FASTENING MACHINE WITH WASHER LAMINATION LAYER SUPPLY MECHANISM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous machine screw fastening machine with a washer lamination layer supply mechanism capable of simultaneously fastening a machine screw and a washer to a fastening object portion and continuously and automatically supplying the machine screw and washer required for a fastening work in order.SOLUTION: A continuous machine screw fastening machine 1 with a washer lamination layer supply mechanism is configured to interlock with a retreating movement of a fastening machine body 2 so that a washer is supplied to a fastening possible position by a washer feeding body of a washer sequential supply mechanism and a machine screw is supplied between the washer and a bit so as to make a concentric arrangement by the machine screw sequential supply mechanism, and to interlock with an advancing movement of the fastening machine body 2 so that the washer sequential supply mechanism is made a feeding preparation attitude for a subsequent washer and the machine screw sequential supply mechanism is made a feeding preparation attitude for a subsequent machine screw. The machine screw is fastened and fixed to a fastening object portion together with the washer by rotational driving of a driving machine for the bit advanced to the fastening possible position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ビス、ワッシャーを締め付け対象箇所に同時に締め付け可能とし、かつ、締め付け作業に必要なビス、ワッシャーを順に、連続的に自動供給し得るようなワッシャー積層供給機構付き連続ビス締め付け機を提供する。【解決手段】ワッシャー積層供給機構付き連続ビス締め付け機１は、締付機本体２の後退動に連動して、ワッシャー順次供給機構のワッシャー送り体により、ワッシャーを締め付け可能位置へ供給するとともに、ビス順次供給機構により一個のビスをワッシャーとビットとの間に同心配置となるように供給し、締付機本体２の進行動に連動してワッシャー順次供給機構を後続のワッシャーの送り込み準備態勢とし、前記ビス順次供給機構を後続のビスの送り込み準備態勢とするように構成し、締め付け可能な位置に進行させたビットに対する駆動機による回転駆動により、ビスをワッシャーとともに締め付け対象箇所に締め付け固定する。【選択図】図１
