SHEET BODY EXCELLENT IN BINDING FIXABILITY TO CONCRETE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet body in which a reinforcement yarn is fixed to a nonwoven fabric by a loop yarn and which is excellent in binding fixability (attach-ability) to concrete due to a large pull-out resistance of staple fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric.SOLUTION: There is provided a sheet body A excellent in binding fixability (attach-ability) to concrete. The sheet body A comprises a nonwoven fabric 1 to which a reinforcement yarn 2 is fixed by a loop yarn 3. The loop yarn 3 is knitted in the nonwoven fabric 1 along the reinforcement yarn 2 so as to surround its periphery. Hard yarns include reinforcement warp 2X and reinforcement weft 2Y and an intersection of the reinforcement warp 2X and the reinforcement weft 2Y is bound with the loop yarn 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】シート体は、不織布に補強糸がループ糸により固定されていることが特徴で、不織布を構成する短繊維は引き抜き抵抗性が大きいので、コンクリートとの接合固定性（添着性）が優れたシート体を提供するものである。【解決手段】本発明は、コンクリートとの接合固定（添着性）が優れたシート体Ａであって、該シート体Ａが、不織布１よりなり、該不織布１に補強糸２がループ糸３により固定されているシート体Ａである。そして上記ループ糸３は、補強糸２に沿ってその周囲を巻回しながら不織布１に編み込まれており、また強糸が縦補強糸２Ｘと横補強糸２Ｙよりなっており、その縦補強糸２Ｘと横補強糸２Ｙの交差部がループ糸３により結合されている。【選択図】図４
