The present invention relates to a banner rack with improved safety and fixability, wherein additional guides and fixing units are coupled to the banner rack without the use of a string when fixing a banner so that the banner can be easily coupled and fixed to a position preferred by a user. Moreover, improved appearance can be secured as the string is not used to fix the banner. In addition, an existing installed rack can be used as it is so that costs can be reduced.

본 발명은 안전성 및 고정성이 확보되는 홍보게시물 설치대에 관한 것이다. 이에, 본 발명의 기술적 요지는 홍보게시물을 고정할 때 끈을 사용하지 않고 설치대에 별도의 가이드와 고정부를 결합하여 사용함으로서 홍보게시물을 안전하고 간편하게 작업자가 원하는 위치에 결합 고정시킬 수 있는 특징이 있다. 또한, 홍보게시물 고정시 끈을 사용하지 않아 외관상 보기 좋은 것이며, 기존에 설치되어 있는 설치대를 그대로 사용할 수 있기 때문에 비용을 절감할 수 있는 특징이 있다.
