CONCRETE MEMBER OF EXCELLENT VIBRATION REDUCTION PERFORMANCE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete member P that stably demonstrates excellent vibration reduction performance.SOLUTION: A concrete building member has a hollow part B, in which a vibration control body F is placed, the vibration control body having a mass body comprising sand and other granular material 10 filled in a bag 11, and a position corresponding to a lower part of the vibration control body is an elastic layer. When the building member is vibrated, the vibration control body works as a dynamic vibration absorber, to control vibration of the building member. Here, vibration reduction effect is enhanced as the granular material functions as an added mass for the dynamic vibration absorber, the elastic layer as a spring for the dynamic vibration absorber, and a vibration energy loss caused by frictional heat among granular materials as a resistance for the dynamic vibration absorber. By appropriately setting a mass, size, form and others of the granular material and a property, form and others of the elastic layer, tuning may be done readily for a frequency band that maximizes the vibration reduction effect. The present invention may also be applied to a floating floor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】安定的に、高い振動低減性能を示すコンクリート製部材Pを提供する。【解決手段】中空部Bを有し、その中空部内に袋体11に砂等の粒状体10からなる質量体を充填した防振体Fを配置し、その防振体の下部に相当する位置が弾性層となっているコンクリート製建築部材である。この建築部材が振動を受けると、前記防振体が動吸振として作用して建築部材の振動を抑制する。このとき、前記粒状体が動吸振における付加質量に、前記弾性層が動吸振におけるバネに、粒状体自身相互の摩擦熱による振動エネルギー損失が動吸振における抵抗となって振動低減効果が高くなる。その粒状体の質量・大きさ・形状等や弾性層の性状・形状等を適宜に設定することによって、振動低減効果が最大となる周波数帯域のチューニングを容易になし得る。浮き床に本発明を採用することもできる。【選択図】図1
