A CONCRETE COMPOSITION HAVING EXCELLENT VIBRATION DAMPING PERFORMANCE AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a concrete composition having excellent vibration damping performance and a method for manufacturing the same. The concrete composition includes a biding member, fine aggregates, coarse aggregates, and synthetic rubber latex, wherein the synthetic rubber latex is obtained through polymerization by adding at least one selected from the group consisting of a conjugated diene compound, an aromatic vinyl compound and a monofunctional unsaturated compound to seed latex including a conjugated diene compound and an aromatic vinyl compound. According to the present invention, the concrete composition and the method for manufacturing the same have benefits of enhancing seismic design and bridge, reducing the thickness of a concrete slab, and increasing yield of precision equipment compared to existing concrete, as damping performance to block vibration transmitted from the outside is improved.
본 발명은 결합재, 잔골재, 굵은골재 및 합성고무라텍스를 포함하는 콘크리트 조성물에 있어서, 상기 합성고무라텍스는 공액디엔 화합물 및 방향족 비닐 화합물을 포함하는 시드 라텍스에; 공액디엔 화합물, 방향족 비닐 화합물 및 단관능성 불포화 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 추가하여 중합 반응시켜 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 감쇠성능이 우수한 콘크리트 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 기존 콘크리트 대비 외부로부터 전달되는 진동을 차단하는 감쇠성능이 향상되어 내진설계, 교량, 콘크리트 슬래브의 두께 감소 및 정밀장비의 수율 향상에 효과가 있는 콘크리트 조성물 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
