GROUND IMPROVEMENT MAT FOUNDATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefaction countermeasure structure of a ground improvement mat foundation, a correction method of the occurrence of unequal settlement by liquefaction and a ground improvement mat foundation method, capable of horizontally correcting a foundation by restraining cost, even when the ground causes unequal settlement by the liquefaction, while preventing the liquefaction.SOLUTION: A mat foundation comprises a rising part 2 provided along a column of a building and the lower end of a bearing wall, a bottom plate part 3 provided over the whole building surface of the building by continuing with a bottom part of this rising part and a ground improvement part 4 for a mat foundation for which a ground improvement to the ground becoming a lower part of the bottom plate part is applied, and a jack-up reaction ground improvement part 5 stronger in strength of the ground than the ground improvement part by similarly applying the ground improvement, is provided by placing a small clearance capable of inserting a claw of a jack with the claw between an under surface of the foundation outer periphery and itself, in its outer peripheral part adjacently to the ground improvement part 4 for the mat foundation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 液状化を防ぎつつも、液状化により地盤が不同沈下を起こした場合であっても、コストを抑えて基礎を水平に修正可能な地盤改良ベタ基礎の液状化対策構造と液状化による不同沈下発生の修正方法、及び地盤改良ベタ基礎工法を提供する。【解決手段】 建物の柱や耐力壁の下端に沿って設けられた立上がり部２と、この立上がり部の底部と連続して建物の全建築面に亘って設けられた底板部３と、該底板部の下方となる地盤に地盤改良を施したベタ基礎用地盤改良部４と、を有するベタ基礎において、ベタ基礎用地盤改良部４に隣接してその外周部に、同様に地盤改良を施して該地盤改良部より地盤の強度が強いジャッキアップ反力用地盤改良部５を、基礎外周の下面との間に爪付きジャッキの爪が挿入可能な小隙間をおいて設けた。【選択図】 図２
