FLOOR MAT CUTTER CAPABLE OF CUTTING TO EDGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor mat cutter capable of solving the problems that: the conventional floor mat cutting tool for cutting a floor mat along a wall surface generates portions which cannot be cut at the start and the end of cutting, causing necessity to cut the remaining portions by user's own hands, and thereby taking labor and causing difficulties to finish the cutting neatly; and a sheet cutter used for wall paper has a structure in which a blade is provided at the side of a plate guide, which cannot be used for the floor mat.SOLUTION: A floor mat cutter is characterized in that: guides on both end parts of a cutter body where blades of the floor mat cutting tool are exposed are formed into curved surfaces and gaps are respectively provided therein; the cutter body is inclined to expose the blade, and the curved surface of the guide is placed along a wall surface and is slid on the floor mat; and when cutting an end portion of the mat, the cutter body is inclined on the other side to expose the blade on the other end part and is slid, thereby the floor mat can be cut from the start to the end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従来の床敷物を壁面に沿って切断する床敷物切断具は切り始めと切り終わりに切れない部分があり、切り残った部分をフリーハンドで切るのは手間がかかる上、きれいに仕上げにくかった。また、壁紙に使用するシートカッターは板状のガイドの横に刃を備えた構造で、床敷物には使用できないという欠点があった。【解決手段】床敷物切断具の刃を出す両端部分のガイドに曲面を持たせ隙間を設ける。本体を傾け隙間より刃を出しガイド曲面を壁面に沿わせて床敷物の上を滑らせる。切り終わり部分も、傾け直して逆の端部の刃を出して滑らせることで、端から端まで床敷物を切断できる。以上のことを特徴とする、床敷物カッターである。【選択図】図２
