CONCRETE CUTTER CAPABLE OF CUTTING IN CURVED SHAPE
To solve the problem in which, since the conventional concrete cutter which could cut only linearly, it was necessary to shift the direction of the concrete cutter forcibly to the left or right at the time of cutting off or cutting, which put a burden on the operator and machine.SOLUTION: A handle capable simultaneously performing back-and-forth travel and turning is installed on any one of the rear wheel side or the front wheel side in order to allow the cutting in a curbed shape. A guide is mounted which confirms and operates a front guide by turning and driving, while moving laterally so as not to generate the difference in inner wheel. A shaft of a fixed caster is provided on a coaxial line of concrete cutter blade so as to prevent the cutting-off surface or the cut surface from becoming distorted, or to facilitate teh tracking of the road surface, the guide needle, and the turning wheel. Conventionally, the cutting off in a curved shape has been performed forcibly, the burden on the operator was large. This concrete cutter, however, can mitigate the burden on the operator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来のコンクリートカッターは直線しか切れない為、曲線状に切断または切削する場合コンクリートカッターを力任せに左右どちらかに方向転換をしなければならず、作業者や機械に負担がかかっていた。【解決手段】曲線状に切断することを容易にするため、前後進と旋回を同時に行えるハンドルを後輪側、または前輪側のいずれかに設置したものである。旋回と駆動させて前方のガイドを確認し作業するが、台車により内輪差が生じないよう左右に動くガイドを搭載させたものである。切断面及び切削面がいびつにならないよう、又路面や案内針、旋回輪の追従をよくするようにコンクリートカッターブレードの同軸線上に固定キャスターの軸を設けたものである。従来は力任せに曲線状に切断していたため、作業者の負担が大きかったが、このコンクリートカッターでは作業者の負担が軽減できている。【選択図】図１
