PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy door with high sound insulation, which shuts out an air borne sound, and which reduces a solid borne sound radiated into the air via the door, by reducing vibrations propagated to the door via a structure, for example, from an indoor machine except the door.SOLUTION: A vibration-proof type sound-proof door 20 includes a panel frame 24 that is attached to a door frame 22, and a sound insulation panel 28 that is attached to the panel frame 24 via a vibration-proof material 26. The vibration-proof materials 26 are arranged on the four sides of the sound insulation panel 28, respectively.
