To suppress looseness and rattling of an iron core assembled inside a flush structure sound-proof door.SOLUTION: A flush structure sound-proof door includes an outer frame F having a predetermined thickness T, an inner vertical frame 6 on one side and an inner vertical frame 7 on the other side, each of which has the predetermined thickness T and has an iron core 8 fitted thereto, an outer sound insulation plate 28 having the predetermined thickness T and abutting against the vertical frame 16 on one side of the outer frame F and the inner vertical frame 6 on one side, an outer sound insulation plate 29 having the predetermined thickness T and abutting against the vertical frame 17 on the other side of the outer frame F and the inner vertical frame 7 on the other side, an inner sound insulation plate 25 abutting against the inner vertical frame 6 on one side and the inner vertical frame 7 on the other side on one surface side of the outer frame F, a plurality of horizontal crosspieces 4 and a plurality of sound absorbing materials abutting against the inner vertical frame 6 on one side and the inner vertical frame 7 on the other side on the other surface side of the outer frame F, and a first surface material 41 and a second surface material 42 provided on one surface side and the other surface side of the outer frame F.
