REPAIR TOOL AND REPAIR METHOD FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair tool and a repair method for a concrete structure that readily and promptly repairs a crack, an exfoliation and other damage in a concrete structure at a low cost, while preventing enlargement of the crack and damage and resolving problems such as rusting of a metallic material and an explosive fracture of concrete caused by the rusting.SOLUTION: Planting bolts 1, 1, ... made of mortar are planted around a damaged site 21A on a wharf 21. A columnar body 2 that constitutes the planting bolt 1 has a spiral engaging groove 3 formed on an outer peripheral surface 2C from an intermediate part 2A to a tip side 2B, and the tip side is formed as a conical protrusion 4. A male screw part 5 is formed on the outer peripheral surface 2C of the columnar body 2, between the intermediate part 2A and a rear edge 2D. The planting bolt 1 is inserted into a bolt hole 11A on a cover plate 11, and a hexagonal nut 7 is screwed on the male screw part 5. Here, the planting bolt 1 and the hexagonal nut 7 are made by molding mortar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリート製構造物に生じた亀裂、剥離等の損壊箇所の補修を簡単、迅速、安価に行うことができ、しかも亀裂や損壊の拡大を防止でき、また金属素材の発錆や発錆によるコンクリートの爆裂といった問題を解決できるコンクリート製構造物用補修具及びコンクリート製構造物の補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】岸壁21の損壊箇所21Aの周囲にモルタル製の植設ボルト1、1、・・を植設する。植設ボルト1を構成する円柱状基体2は中間部位2Aから先端側2Bにかけて外周面2Cに螺旋状係止溝3が形成してあり、先端側は円錐状突起4に形成してある。円柱状基体2の中間部位2Aから後端2Dの外周面2Cには雄ねじ部5が形成してある。覆い板11のボルト通し穴11Aに植設ボルト1を挿通して雄ねじ部5に六角ナット7を螺合する。植設ボルト1及び六角ナット7はモルタル成形したものを用いる。【選択図】図1
