REPAIR TOOL AND REPAIR METHOD FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair tool and a repair method for a concrete structure that readily and promptly repairs a crack, an exfoliation and other damage in a concrete structure at a low cost, while preventing enlargement of the crack and damage and resolving problems such as rusting of a metallic material and an explosive fracture of concrete caused by the rusting.SOLUTION: Planting bolts 1, 1, ... made of mortar are planted around a damaged site 21A on a wharf 21. A columnar body 2 that constitutes the planting bolt 1 has a spiral engaging groove 3 formed on an outer peripheral surface 2C from an intermediate part 2A to a tip side 2B, and the tip side is formed as a conical protrusion 4. A male screw part 5 is formed on the outer peripheral surface 2C of the columnar body 2, between the intermediate part 2A and a rear edge 2D. The planting bolt 1 is inserted into a bolt hole 11A on a cover plate 11, and a hexagonal nut 7 is screwed on the male screw part 5. Here, the planting bolt 1 and the hexagonal nut 7 are made by molding mortar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリート製構造物に生じた亀裂、剥離等の損壊箇所の補修を簡単、迅速、安価に行うことができ、しかも亀裂や損壊の拡大を防止でき、また金属素材の発錆や発錆によるコンクリートの爆裂といった問題を解決できるコンクリート製構造物用補修具及びコンクリート製構造物の補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】岸壁２１の損壊箇所２１Ａの周囲にモルタル製の植設ボルト１、１、・・を植設する。植設ボルト１を構成する円柱状基体２は中間部位２Ａから先端側２Ｂにかけて外周面２Ｃに螺旋状係止溝３が形成してあり、先端側は円錐状突起４に形成してある。円柱状基体２の中間部位２Ａから後端２Ｄの外周面２Ｃには雄ねじ部５が形成してある。覆い板１１のボルト通し穴１１Ａに植設ボルト１を挿通して雄ねじ部５に六角ナット７を螺合する。植設ボルト１及び六角ナット７はモルタル成形したものを用いる。【選択図】図１
