BOLT ROTATION PREVENTION STRUCTURE USED WITH MECHANICAL JOINT OF STEEL PIPE MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt rotation prevention structure used with a mechanical joint of a steel pipe member that prevents damage to a thread ridge of a joint bolt caused by tightening of a bolt rotation prevention screw, and enables recycling of the steel pipe member and the joint bolt.SOLUTION: A ball joint 3 for connecting steel pipe members 2 to each other is connected to the steel pipe member with a joint bolt 4, the joint bolt having one end screwed to one of a plurality of screw holes 3a formed on the ball joint 3 and the other end screwed to a screw hole 6 formed at a tip of the steel pipe member in an axial direction. A screw hole 8 for screwing a rotation prevention screw is formed at the ned of the steel pipe member in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction. A bolt rotation prevention screw 9 for preventing rotation of the joint bolt 4 is screwed in the screw hole 8, for restricting rotation of the joint bolt 4. A tip part 9a of the rotation prevention screw 9 is formed as a conical body. The screw hole 8 is formed such that an axial line Lcoincides with an apex of a thread ridge of a female screw part that constitutes the screw hole 6. An angle of the tip part 9a of the rotation prevention screw 9 is formed to be more acute than an angle of a screw thread of a male screw part 4a of the joint bolt 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ボルト回転防止ねじの締め付けによる接合ボルトのねじ山の損傷を防止して、鋼管部材と接合ボルトの再利用を可能にした鋼管部材の機械式継手に用いるボルト回転防止構造を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管部材2どうしを連結するための球継手3と鋼管部材とを、一端を球継手3に形成された複数のねじ孔3aのうちの1つに螺合し、他端を鋼管部材の端部軸方向に形成されたねじ孔6に螺合する接合ボルト4によって連結する。鋼管部材の端部の軸直角方向に回転防止ねじ螺合用のねじ孔8を形成する。ねじ孔8に接合ボルト4の回転を防止するためのボルト回転防止ねじ9を螺合して接合ボルト4の回転を拘束する。回転防止ねじ9の先端部9aを円錐体状に形成する。ねじ孔8を軸線L8がねじ孔6を構成する雌ねじ部のねじ山の頂点に一致するように形成する。回転防止ねじ9の先端部9aの角度を接合ボルト4の雄ねじ部4aのねじ溝の角度より鋭角に形成する。【選択図】図2
