BOLT JOINT STRUCTURE OF STEEL BEAM MEMBER
To reduce stress applied to a bolt joining a steel beam member and a joint plate in a case where the steel beam member is curved and bent to downwardly protrude in a fire.SOLUTION: A bolt joint structure of a steel beam member comprises: a steel small beam 10 which includes a plurality of first bolt holes vertically disposed at intervals in a web portion 16 and above which a slab 20 is provided; a gusset plate 40 having a plurality of second bolt holes 60 vertically disposed at intervals and made to overlap the web portion; and a plurality of bolts 44 inserted into the first bolt hole and the second bolt hole 60 that communicate with each other. The plurality of second bolt holes 60 are made to be long holes extending in a material axis direction of the steel small beam 10, and a lower second bolt hole 60 has a length in the material axis direction of the steel small beam 10 that is longer than that of the upper second bolt hole 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】火災時に、鉄骨梁部材が下側へ向けて凸状に湾曲変形した場合に、鉄骨梁部材と接合プレートと接合するボルトに作用する応力を低減することを目的とする。【解決手段】鉄骨梁部材のボルト接合構造は、上下方向に間隔を空けて配置される複数の第一ボルト孔をウェブ部16に有し、上にスラブ20が設けられる鉄骨小梁10と、上下方向に間隔を空けて配置される複数の第二ボルト孔60を有し、ウェブ部に重ねられるガセットプレート40と、互いに通じる第一ボルト孔及び第二ボルト孔60に挿入される複数のボルト44と、を備え、複数の第二ボルト孔60は、鉄骨小梁10の材軸方向に延びる長孔とされ、下方の第二ボルト孔60は、上方の第二ボルト孔60よりも鉄骨小梁10の材軸方向の長さが長い。【選択図】図2
