PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterwork plant for enabling stable water transmission while less frequently starting/stopping a water transmission pump, without changing the present control specifications of the water transmission pump.SOLUTION: A waterwork plant for supplying pure water to a user by acquiring water from a water resource and performing purification processing on the water before transmitting the purified water to a distribution reservoir by using a water transmission pump performing start/stop includes: a monitoring terminal having a human machine interface function; and a server having a simulation calculation function and a function for storing a calculation condition and a calculation result. The server executes simulation calculation by setting, as an initial condition, the present measurement value of a water level of the distribution reservoir, a setting value of a start/stop water level of the water transmission pump, and an operation state of the water transmission pump.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】現状の送水ポンプの制御仕様を変更せずに、送水ポンプの起動/停止の少ない安定した送水を可能とする上水道プラントを提供する。【解決手段】水源地より取水し浄水処理を行った後に、該浄水を起動/停止する送水ポンプにて配水池へ送水し、需要家へ浄水を供給する上水道プラントにおいて、ヒューマン・マシン・インターフェース機能を有する監視端末と、シミュレーション計算機能、計算条件及び計算結果を記憶する機能を有するサーバと、該サーバーは現在の前記配水池水位計測値と前記送水ポンプの起動/停止水位の設定値、前記送水ポンプの運転状態を初期条件として設定し、シミュレーション計算を実行する。【選択図】図1
