PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a size of a plant building to be reduced.SOLUTION: A plant building 4 includes: a building body 5 having a first installation area 51 where a first rotary machine 2 is installed, a second installation area 52 where a second rotary machine 3 is installed, and a carry-in/out area 53 provided between the first installation area 51 and the second installation area 52 in a horizontal direction; a first overhead crane 6 which is arranged in the building body 5, and can travel above the first installation area 51 and above the carry-in/out area 53; and a second overhead crane 7 which is arranged at a height position different from that of the first overhead crane 6 in the building body 5, and can travel above the second installation area 52 and above the carry-in/out area 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
