EARTH REMOVING DEVICE FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth removing device for a small construction machine, in which it can be detected whether or not a swinging posture of a blade is in a predetermined standard condition.SOLUTION: There is provided an earth removing device 3 that includes: a stay 21 which is provided vertically turnably in an undercarriage 1; a blade 23 which is provided at a distal end of the stay 21 swingably in a front-rear direction; a lifting cylinder 28 which turns the stay 21 vertically to move the blade 23 up and down; and an angle cylinder 29 which swings the blade 23 in a front-rear direction. The earth removing device 3 further includes: a magnetic substance 34 which is provided on a tube 30 side of the angle cylinder 29; a magnetic proximity switch 35 which is provided on a rod 31 side of the angle cylinder 29 and comes close to the magnetic substance 34 and outputs a signal when a swinging posture of the blade 23 is in a predetermined standard condition; and a lamp 36 which lights based on the signal from the proximity switch 35 and notifies that the swinging posture of the blade 23 is in the predetermined standard condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】排土板の揺動姿勢が所定の基準状態にあるか否かを検知できる小型建設機械の排土装置を提供する。【解決手段】下部走行体１に上下方向に回動可能に設けられたステー２１と、ステー２１の先端部に前後方向に揺動可能に設けられた排土板２３と、ステー２１を上下方向に回動させて排土板２３を昇降させる昇降シリンダ２８と、排土板２３を前後方向に揺動させるアングルシリンダ２９とを備えた排土装置３において、アングルシリンダ２９のチューブ３０側に設けられた磁性体３４と、アングルシリンダ２９のロッド３１側に設けられ、排土板２３の揺動姿勢が所定の基準状態である場合に磁性体３４に近接して信号を出力する磁気式の近接スイッチ３５と、近接スイッチ３５からの信号に基づき駆動して、排土板２３の揺動姿勢が所定の基準状態であることを報知するランプ３６と、を備える。【選択図】図３
