EARTH REMOVING DEVICE OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth removing device of a construction machine, in which deposition of sediment on a pin shaft can be prevented, and it can be easily determined whether or not a rocking attitude of a blade is in a predetermined base condition.SOLUTION: An earth removing device 3 of a construction machine is provided that comprises: a stay 25 provided vertically turnably in an undercarriage 1; a blade 27 provided in a distal end of the stay 25 so as to be rockable in a front-rear direction around a vertical pin shaft 26; a lifting cylinder 32 for lifting the blade 27 by vertically turning the stay 25; and an angle cylinder 33 for rocking the blade 27 in a front-rear direction. The earth removing device 3 further comprises: a cover 34 for covering the whole of the pin shaft 26 from above; and a rod-like mark member 42 provided in the stay 25. The earth removing device 3 is constituted in such a way that the mark member 42 becomes parallel to an outer edge portion 41 of the cover 34, when viewing from an operator seated on a cab seat 10 of a revolving superstructure 2 and when a rocking attitude of the blade 27 is in a predetermined bas e condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】ピン軸に土砂が堆積するのを防止でき、且つ、排土板の揺動姿勢が所定の基準状態にあるか否かを容易に判断できる建設機械の排土装置を提供する。【解決手段】下部走行体１に上下方向に回動可能に設けられたステー２５と、ステー２５の先端部に上下方向のピン軸２６を中心として前後方向に揺動可能に設けられた排土板２７と、ステー２５を上下方向に回動させて排土板２７を昇降させる昇降シリンダ３２と、排土板２７を前後方向に揺動させるアングルシリンダ３３とを備えた排土装置３において、ピン軸２６の全体を上方から覆うカバー３４と、ステー２５に設けられた棒状の目印部材４２とを備え、排土板２７の揺動姿勢が所定の基準状態にある場合で、上部旋回体２の運転席１０に着座した運転者から見たときに、カバー３４の外縁部４１に対して目印部材４２が並行となるように構成される。【選択図】図８
