BEAM/DIAGONAL BEAM MEMBER, JOINT STRUCTURE AND JOINTING METHOD OF BEAM/DIAGONAL BEAM MEMBER TO FASTENING PART AT PROP SIDE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam/diagonal beam member, a joint structure and jointing method of beam/diagonal beam member to fastening part at prop side with which jointing part of the beam/diagonal beam member is fastened onto fastening part at prop side without hammering operation of wedge piece.SOLUTION: There is provided scaffold cloth material 11 for jointing onto a scaffold prop comprising flange shape fastening holder at periphery. The scaffold cloth material 11 comprises a pipe material 12 and jointing parts 13 formed on both ends of it. The jointing part 13 comprises an insertion piece 16 inserted into an engagement hole of the fastening holder and a movable piece 17 arranged adjacent to the insertion piece 16 and to be inserted into an engagement hole from upper side. The movable pieces 17 are curved so that the side of the insertion piece 16 has a convex and approaching to the movable piece 17 upon upward movement and apart upon downward movement. When the movable piece 17 moves downward, it interferes a fastening holder so as not be removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】くさび片を強く叩き込む作業をしなくとも梁・筋交い部材の連結部を支柱側の緊結部に固定することができる梁・筋交い部材、梁・筋交い部材の支柱側の緊結部への連結構造及び連結方法を提供すること。【解決手段】鍔状の緊結ホルダーが外周に形成された足場用支柱に連結させる足場用布材11であって、足場用布材11はパイプ材12とその両端に形成された連結部13を備え、連結部13は緊結ホルダーの係合孔に対して挿入される挿入片16と、挿入片16に隣接して配置され係合孔に対して上方から挿入される可動片17を備えている。可動片17は挿入片16側が凸となるように湾曲し、上動すると可動片17に接近し下動すると離間する。可動片17が下動すると緊結ホルダーに干渉して抜けなくなる。【選択図】図1
