TRANSVERSE RACK DEVICE AND TRANSVERSE RACK INSTALLATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transverse rack device and a transverse rack installation method that allow the transverse rack to be connected readily with a structure and work in an environment where use of fire is prohibited.SOLUTION: Separated structures 1, 2 have a truss that includes beams 5a, 5b, 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d extending in a horizontal direction, and a transverse rack 3 has a truss that includes beams 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d extending in a horizontal direction. While supporting an edge part of the transverse rack 3 with temporary receiving pieces 11, 13 disposed on the structures 1, 2, beams of the structures 1, 2 and of the transverse rack 3 at a same level are connected with a bolt using a temporary connecting piece having a long bolt hole pierced. A beam fastening hole position is measured while connecting the beams with the temporary connecting piece, to manufacture a connecting piece pierced with a bolt hole in accordance with the measurement result. The temporary connecting piece is replaced with the connecting piece, and the beams 5a, 5b, 7a to 7d on the structures 1, 2 side and the beams 6a to 6d on the transverse rack 3 side are connected using the connecting piece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】横断ラックと構造物間の連結が容易に行えると共に火気を使用できない環境での作業を可能にした横断ラック装置及び横断ラック施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】離隔した構造物1,2は水平方向に延びるビーム5a,5b,7a,7b,7c,7dを含むトラス構造を有し、横断ラック3は水平方向に延びるビーム6a,6b,6c,6dを含むトラス構造を有し、構造物1,2設けた仮受ピース11,13を介して横断ラック3の端部を支持させた状態で、構造物1,2と横断ラック3について同レベルに位置するビーム同士を長孔のボルト孔が穿設された仮止継ぎ片によりボルトで連結し、仮止継ぎ片により連結された状態でビームの止め孔位置を採寸し、採寸結果に基づきボルト孔を穿設した継ぎ片を製作し、継ぎ片と仮止継ぎ片とを交換し、継ぎ片により構造物1,2側のビーム5a,5b,7a〜7dと横断ラック3側のビーム6a〜6dとを連結する。【選択図】図2
