PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam block and a foam block with a wall surface material such as being not changing a position of a connection member for installing the wall surface material, even when compression creep deformation is caused in the foam block.SOLUTION: A foam block 3 comprises a synthetic resin foam 1 having an installation plane 11 for installing a wall surface material 4 and a connection member 2 for burying a part inside the synthetic resin foam and connectable to the wall surface material, and the synthetic resin foam comprises an abutting area of mutually abutting between the other member adjacent in the vertical direction and itself on at least one of an upper surface or an undersurface and a non-abutting area formed in a state of cutting out a proper range from the installation plane, and a connection member comprises a connection base part buried inside the synthetic resin foam and a connection part body supported by the connection base part and projected in the connection base part so that a tip part reaches the installation plane side of the synthetic resin foam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
