PURPOSE: To facilitate transportation and loading/unloading from factory shipment to a construction site by performing only processing of an elastic foam in a manufacturing factory and applying a load to a buffer block in the construction site.CONSTITUTION: An elastic foam buffer block according to the present invention is formed by stacking a plurality of plate-like bodies formed of an elastic foam, wherein a bottom surface of each of the plate-like bodies is formed flat, and a space is formed by providing an uneven shape on a plane of the plate-like body, an upper end of a projecting part of the uneven shape is positioned so as to contact the bottom surfaces of the stacked plate-like bodies, and the spaces formed by recessed parts are continuously formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【目的】 本発明は、製造工場において弾性フォームの加工のみを行い、施工現場において緩衝ブロックへの加重を行うことにより、工場出荷から施工現場までの輸送や積み下ろしを容易にすることを目的とする。【構成】 本発明に係る弾性フォーム緩衝ブロックは、弾性フォームで形成された複数の板状体が積層されて形成され、前記各板状体の底面は平坦に形成され、前記板状体の平面には凹凸形状を設けることにより空間が形成されており、当該凹凸形状の突出部の上端が板状体の積層された板状体の底面に当接するように位置決めされ、凹部によって形成される空間は連接されて形成されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図２
