COLUMN-BEAM STRUCTURE OF TABULAR MULTI-DWELLING HOUSE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column-beam structure of a tabular multi-dwelling house that enhances an added value of the tabular multi-dwelling house by keeping a wide interior space for an individual ownership unit, at the same time significantly increasing the number of dwelling units made available at a single tabular multi-dwelling house building.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a column-beam structure 1 of a tabular multi-dwelling house in which a plurality of individual ownership units P is lined up along a ridge direction X on each floor of a multi-story structure. The column-beam structure 1 that applies the present invention for a tabular multi-dwelling house includes a span direction steel beam 2 extending in a span direction Z, a ridge direction steel beam 3 extending in the ridge direction X, and a reinforced concrete column 4 extending in a height direction Y and to which the span direction steel beam 2 and the ridge direction steel beam 3 are connected. The ridge direction steel beam 3 is installed along a ridge direction outer peripheral part 81 extending in the ridge direction X of a tabular multi-dwelling house 8, such that the ridge direction steel beam is installed in a common area S of the tabular multi-dwelling house 8 instead of being installed in the individual ownership unit P of the tabular multi-dwelling house 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】専有部分の室内空間を広く確保して板状集合住宅の付加価値を高めるとともに、１棟の板状集合住宅で供給することのできる住戸数を著しく増大させることのできる板状集合住宅の柱梁構造を提供する。【解決手段】階層構造の各階で複数の専有部分Ｐが桁行方向Ｘに並べられる板状集合住宅の柱梁構造１に関する。本発明を適用した板状集合住宅の柱梁構造１は、梁間方向Ｚに延びる梁間鉄骨梁２と、桁行方向Ｘに延びる桁行鉄骨梁３と、高さ方向Ｙに延びるとともに梁間鉄骨梁２及び桁行鉄骨梁３が接合される鉄筋コンクリート柱４とを備える。桁行鉄骨梁３は、板状集合住宅８の専有部分Ｐに設けられることなく、板状集合住宅８の共有部分Ｓに設けられるものとなるように、板状集合住宅８の桁行方向Ｘに延びる桁行外周部８１に沿って配置される。【選択図】図５
