COMPOUND-TYPE ELASTIC PAVEMENT MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound-type elastic pavement material structure that remains stable over a long period, without a pavement material in a lower layer undergoing physical deterioration even when a top-coat layer has been damaged, at the same time offering sufficient elasticity and changing properties only a little over time.SOLUTION: A compound-type elastic pavement material has a laminated structure comprising integrated lower and upper layers, the lower layer being an elastic layer of a three-dimensional network structure of random loops formed by curving and twisting a continuous linear body made of a thermoplastic elastic resin, the loops being in contact with each other in a molten state, and the upper layer being an elastic layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】複合型の弾性舗装材において、弾力性に富み硬さの経時変化が少なく、かつ上塗り層が破損した場合でも、下層の舗装材が急速に物性劣化を起こすことなく長期にわたり安定した弾性舗装材構造物を提供すること。【解決手段】弾性層として熱可塑性弾性樹脂からなる連続線状体を曲がりくねらせランダムループを形成し、夫々のループを互いに溶融状態で接触せしめた三次元ランダムループ網状構造体を下層に有し、かつ上層に弾性層を有し、下層と上層が一体化した積層構造を有する複合型弾性舗装材とする。【選択図】図1
