GUIDE STRUCTURE FOR FEMALE SCREW MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide structure for a female screw member in which a nut can be easily stored in a nut storing hole by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A cover body 22 acting as a fixed body is fixed to an opening part of a faucet box 11 acting as a fixing member. Four corners of the faucet box 11 are formed with nut storing holes 24 storing a hexagon nut 23 acting as a female screw member in a hexagonal prismatic form. Four corners of the cover body 22 are formed with insertion holes 25. Fixing bolts 26 acting as male screw members are inserted into the insertion holes 25 and engaged in thread with the hexagonal nuts 23 stored in the nut storing holes 24 of the faucet box 11, the cover body 22 is fixed to the faucet box 11. The faucet box 11 is formed with guide groove 27 for guiding the hexagonal nuts 23 into the nut storing holes 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡単な構成で、ナット収容穴にナットを容易に収容することができる雌ねじ部材の案内構造を提供する。【解決手段】取付体としての水栓用ボックス１１の開口部には、被取付体としてのカバー体２２が取付けられる。水栓用ボックス１１の四隅部には雌ねじ部材としての六角ナット２３を収容するナット収容穴２４が六角柱状に形成されている。前記カバー体２２の四隅部には挿通孔２５が形成され、雄ねじ部材としての取付ボルト２６がその挿通孔２５に挿通され、水栓用ボックス１１のナット収容穴２４に収容された六角ナット２３に螺合され、カバー体２２が水栓用ボックス１１に固定される。前記水栓用ボックス１１には六角ナット２３をナット収容穴２４に案内するガイド溝２７が形成されている。【選択図】図１
