GUIDE STRUCTURE OF FEMALE SCREW MEMBER
To provide a guide structure of a female screw member capable of easily accommodating nuts in nut accommodation holes with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A cover body is mounted on an opening portion of a faucet box 11. Nut accommodation holes 24 formed into the hexagonal columnar shape and accommodating hexagonal nuts 23, are formed at four corner portions of the faucet box 11. Insertion holes are formed on the four corner portions of the cover body, mounting bolts are inserted to the insertion holes and engaged with the hexagonal nuts 23 accommodated in the nut accommodation holes 24 of the faucet box 11, and the cover body is fixed to the faucet box 11. Guide grooves 27 for guiding the hexagonal nuts 23 to the nut accommodation holes 24 are formed on the faucet box 11. An auxiliary assembling pedestal 32 having an extended bottom wall portion 321 and an extended side wall portion 322 extended along the extending direction of the guide grooves 27, is disposed around a flange portion 114 of the faucet box 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】 簡単な構成で、ナット収容穴にナットを容易に収容することができる雌ねじ部材の案内構造を提供すること。【解決手段】 水栓用ボックス１１の開口部には、カバー体が取付けられる。水栓用ボックス１１の四隅部には、六角ナット２３を収容するナット収容穴２４が六角柱状に形成されている。カバー体の四隅部には挿通孔が形成され、取付ボルトがその挿通孔に挿通され、水栓用ボックス１１のナット収容穴２４に収容された六角ナット２３に螺合され、カバー体が水栓用ボックス１１に固定される。水栓用ボックス１１には、六角ナット２３をナット収容穴２４に案内するガイド溝２７が形成されている。水栓用ボックス１１の鍔部１１４の周囲には、ガイド溝２７の延出方向に沿って延びる延長底壁部３２１及び延長側壁部３２２を有する補助組付台３２が配置されている。【選択図】 図６
