CEMENT FIRING APPARATUS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement firing apparatus in which the concentration of raw material dust in extraction gas in a chlorine bypass system can be reduced and a volatile component having a low melting point can be removed efficiently.SOLUTION: The cement firing apparatus 1 is constituted so that a part of combustion gas is extracted from a cement kiln exhaust gas flow passage extended from a kiln tail of a cement kiln 2 to a lowermost stage cyclone while cooling the combustion gas, and the extracted combustion gas is treated. The cement firing apparatus includes a baffle plate 7 below an extraction port 5a of the combustion gas, which the port is formed by drilling the cement kiln exhaust gas flow passage. When the minor axis of the extraction port is defined as D1, the baffle plate has the width equal to or longer than the minor axis D1, in an upper surface view, along the inside wall 3a of the extraction port-drilled cement kiln exhaust gas flow passage, and the projection length b of the baffle plate from the inside wall can be set to be 1/3 or shorter of the length L of the inside wall perpendicular to the inside wall of the extraction port-drilled cement kiln exhaust gas flow passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】塩素バイパスシステムにおける抽気ガス中の原料ダスト濃度を低減し、効率よく低融点揮発成分を除去することができるセメント焼成装置を提供する。【解決手段】セメントキルン2の窯尻から最下段サイクロンに至るまでのセメントキルン排ガス流路より燃焼ガスの一部を冷却しながら抽気し、抽気された燃焼ガスを処理するセメント焼成装置1において、セメントキルン排ガス流路に穿設された燃焼ガスの抽気口5aの下方に邪魔板7を備えるセメント焼成装置。邪魔板は、抽気口の短径をD1とした場合、上面視で、抽気口が穿設されたセメントキルン排ガス流路の内壁3aに沿って短径D1以上の幅を有し、内壁からの突出長さbが、抽気口が穿設された前記セメントキルン排ガス流路の内壁に対して垂直な内壁の長さLの1/3L以下とすることができる。【選択図】図1
