To provide a cement firing facility which increases a concentration of carbon dioxide emitted from the cement firing facility by effectively utilizing a combustion exhaust gas generated from the cement firing facility to recover carbon dioxide efficiently, and improves the combustibility of fuel to increase a thermal efficiency of the cement firing facility, and a firing method in the cement firing facility.SOLUTION: A cement firing facility includes a drying and crushing apparatus of cement raw materials, a suspension preheater, a rotary kiln and a clinker cooler, includes an exhaust gas cooling device that cools an exhaust gas and an oxygen addition device, and an exhaust gas circulation path that has an oxygen addition device, and circulates and uses the exhaust gas to which oxygen is added in the oxygen addition device as cooling gas for the clinker cooler, and a carbon dioxide recovery device, and includes a fuel supply system having mixed gas preparation means and fuel supplying means, and a firing method in the cement firing facility.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】セメント焼成設備で発生する燃焼排ガスを有効活用することにより、セメント焼成設備から排出される二酸化炭素濃度を高めて二酸化炭素を効率的に回収し、かつ燃料の燃焼性を改善してセメント焼成設備の熱効率を向上する、セメント焼成設備及びセメント焼成設備における燃焼方法を提供する。【解決手段】セメント原料の乾燥及び粉砕装置、サスペンションプレヒータ、ロータリーキルン及びクリンカクーラを備え、また排ガスを冷却する排ガス冷却装置、酸素付加装置を有し、酸素付加装置において酸素を付加された排ガスを、クリンカクーラの冷却ガスとして循環利用する排ガス循環経路、及び二酸化炭素回収装置を備え、かつ、混合ガス調製手段及び燃料供給手段を有する燃料供給システムを備えるセメント焼成設備、及びセメント焼成設備における燃焼方法である。【選択図】なし
