TRUSS-SHAPED MEMBER AND SYNTHETIC FLOOR SLAB STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truss-shaped member for easily and surely reinforcing a curable material with time such as concrete, and capable of surely sticking a steel member such as a steel plate and a folded-plate and the curable material with time.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a truss-shaped member 1 for arranging a plurality of nodal point parts 2 in a different position in the surface-outside direction Y. The truss-shaped member 1 of applying the present invention comprises a first nodal point part 21 arranged on one side A in the surface-outside direction Y, a second nodal point part 22 arranged on the other side B in the surface-outside direction Y and a plurality of leg parts of slantingly extending in the surface-outside direction Y from the first nodal point part 21 or the second nodal point part 22. The first nodal point part 21, the second nodal point part 22 and the plurality of leg parts 3 are integrally formed by bending one plate material 6 of forming a plurality of substantially rectangular hole parts 4 in the surface-outside direction Y, and a part or the whole of the first nodal point part 21, the second nodal point part 22 and the plurality of leg parts 3, is used in a state of being buried in a curable material 5 with time so as to become a structural member or a sticking member of the hardened curable material 5 with time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリート等の経時硬化性材料の補強を容易かつ確実なものとして、また、鋼板、折板等の鋼部材と経時硬化性材料とを確実に付着させることのできるトラス状部材を提供する。【解決手段】複数の節点部2が面外方向Yの異なる位置に配置されるトラス状部材1に関する。本発明を適用したトラス状部材1は、面外方向Yの一方側Aに配置される第1節点部21と、面外方向Yの他方側Bに配置される第2節点部22と、第1節点部21又は第2節点部22から面外方向Yに傾斜して延びる複数の脚部とを備える。第1節点部21、第2節点部22及び複数の脚部3は、略矩形状の孔部4が複数形成された1枚の板材6を面外方向Yに折り曲げることで一体的に形成されて、硬化させた経時硬化性材料5の構造部材又は付着部材となるように、第1節点部21、第2節点部22及び複数の脚部3の一部又は全部が、経時硬化性材料5に埋め込まれた状態で用いられる。【選択図】図1
