INSTALLATION METHOD FOR VERTICAL PIPE HAVING SPIRAL GUIDE PASSAGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a vertical pipe having a spiral guide passage in a vertical shaft in a short construction period at a low cost, at a location in a city center and others where carrying in of vertical pipe members is difficult from above.SOLUTION: An installation method is for installing a vertical pipe 1 having a spiral guide passage in a vertical shaft 3 directly above a sewer pipe 2, and includes the steps of: lifting one or more vertical pipe members 11, 12, 13, 14 in the vertical shaft 3, using a hoist crane 27; carrying another vertical pipe member 15 in a main line shield 2, for placement directly underneath the one or more vertical pipe members 11, 12, 13, 14; and lowering the one or more vertical pipe members 11, 12, 13, 14 and connecting a bottom end of the vertical pipe member 14 at a lowermost position among the one or more vertical pipe members 11, 12, 13, 14 with a top end of the other vertical pipe member 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】都心部等の縦管部材を上方から搬入するのが困難な場所において、螺旋案内路付き縦管を短工期且つ低コストで立坑内に設置する。【解決手段】下水管2の真上に設けられた立坑3内に螺旋案内路付き縦管1を設置する施工方法である。ホイストクレーン27を用いて1以上の縦管部材11,12,13,14を立坑3内で上昇させる工程と、他の縦管部材15を幹線シールド2内で運搬して、1以上の縦管部材11,12,13,14の真下に配置する工程と、1以上の縦管部材11,12,13,14を下降させて、1以上の縦管部材11,12,13,14のうち最下端の縦管部材14の下端と他の縦管部材15の上端とを接続する工程と、を含んでいる。【選択図】図11
