The invention discloses an installation method based on a spiral concrete guide pipe in deep foundation pit engineering, and relates to the technical field of in-pile concrete pouring. Before pouring, the length of the needed guide pipe is measured; the guide pipe is formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of sectional pipes; an inner spiral joint and an outer spiral joint are arranged at the upper and lower ends; after the whole guide pipe is connected, water tightness, pressure bearing performance and joint tensile strength tests are carried out; after the test is qualified, the crane hoists the guide pipe into the pile hole; in the concrete pouring process, concrete enters the spiral guide pipe through the hopper; and after pouring is completed, the segmented pipes are detached and cleaned. The problem that concrete segregation is prone to being generated in the concrete pouring process of deep foundation pit engineering supporting piles in existing foundation pit supporting engineering is solved.
本发明公开了一种基于深基坑工程中的螺旋状混凝土导管的安装方法,涉及桩内浇筑混凝土技术领域。在浇筑前,测定所需导管长度;导管由多节分段管依次连接,上下两端设置内螺旋接头与外螺旋接头;整个导管连接完成后,进行水密性、承压性和接头抗拉强度的试验;试验合格后,吊车吊装导管至桩孔内;在混凝土浇筑过程中,混凝土通过料斗进入到螺旋导管中;浇筑完成后,将各分段管拆卸、清净。本发明解决了现有基坑支护工程中深基坑工程支护桩在混凝土浇筑过程中易产生的混凝土离析问题。
