AUTOMATIC FLUSHING DEVICE FOR URINAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic flushing device for a urinal that has a small number of components, is hardly affected by disturbance light, and detects a user for certain.SOLUTION: A spreader 5 that ejects flushing water is disposed on an inner top surface of a urinal. A sensor head 7a of an ultrasonic sensor 7 is exposed on an opening 21b of a front cover 21 of the spreader 5, as a sensor for detecting a user. An ultrasonic wave is irradiated diagonally downward of the ultrasonic sensor 7, for detecting a human body. A vibration conveyance inhibitor 13, such as a packing, is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of a tubular body 12 into which the ultrasonic sensor 7 is fitted, for watertight sealing between the opening 21b of the cover and a sensor case 14 into which the ultrasonic sensor 7 is fitted. The spreader 5 has an electrical path 9 with the ultrasonic sensor 7 and a sensor drive substrate 8 installed on an upper side, and an outlet 17 from which flushing water is sprayed and a water flow passage 10 disposed on a lower side, for watertight partitioning.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】部品点数が少なく、外乱光の影響を受けにくく、確実に使用者を検出できる。【解決手段】小便器内の天面に洗浄水を噴出するスプレッダー5を設けた。スプレッダー5の前面のカバー21の開口21bに使用者を検出するセンサとして超音波センサ7のセンサヘッド7aを露出させる。超音波センサ7の超音波を斜め下方に照射して人体を検出する。超音波センサ7を嵌合する筒体12の外周面にパッキン等の振動伝達抑止体13を設け、カバーの開口21bと超音波センサ7を嵌合するセンサケース14との間を水密に封止する。スプレッダー5は、超音波センサ7とセンサ駆動基板8を備えた電装経路9を上側に設置し、洗浄水を吐出する吐水口17と通水路10を下側に設置して水密に仕切る。【選択図】図4
