MARKING JIG FOR REINFORCING BAR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking jig that may also be used for marking diversely set insertion depths on a reinforcing bar.SOLUTION: A marking jig for a reinforcing bar includes a jig body 10 and a masking member 20. The jig body 10 has an abutted surface 13a abutted on a tip of a reinforcing bar 1, and a support wall 14 extending linearly along the reinforcing bar 1, in a direction orthogonal to the abutted surface 13a. The masking member 20 has a fitting wall 21 that extends along the support wall 14 of the jig body 10, and masking walls 22, 23 opposite an outer peripheral surface of the reinforcing bar 1. Windows 22a, 23a are formed on the masking walls 22, 23, for applying a coating material and forming a mark on the outer peripheral surface of the reinforcing bar 1. By inserting a bolt 31 into a thorough-hole 32 formed on the support wall 14 and screwing on a female screw part 33 on the fitting wall 21, the masking member 20 is connected selectively to one of a plurality of connecting positions on the support wall 14. This allows a distance to be adjusted between the abutted surface 13a and the windows 22a, 23a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】異なる設定挿入深さを表すマークを鉄筋に施すのに兼用することができるマーキング治具を提供する。【解決手段】鉄筋用マーキング治具は、治具本体１０と、マスキング部材２０とを備え、治具本体１０は、鉄筋１の先端に突き当たる突き当て面１３ａと、この突き当て面１３ａと直交する方向に直線的に延び鉄筋１に沿う支持壁１４とを有し、マスキング部材２０は、治具本体１０の支持壁１４に沿う取付壁２１と、鉄筋１の外周面と対峙するマスキング壁２２，２３とを有し、マスキング壁２２，２３には、鉄筋１の外周面に塗料を付着させてマークを形成するための窓２２ａ，２３ａが形成され、ボルト３１を支持壁１４に形成された貫通穴３２に貫通させ、取付壁２１の雌ねじ部３３に螺合することで、マスキング部材２０を支持壁１４の複数の連結位置の一つに、選択的に連結でき、これにより突き当て面１３ａと窓２２ａ，２３ａとの距離を調節することができる。【選択図】図１
