ROAD HEATER FOR PAVEMENT WORK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road heater for pavement work that resolves problems with conventional methods such as: heating a roadbed surface with a burner and other devices is not sufficient for thawing inside of the roadbed or a frozen roadbed; and use of a road heater with which a reactive heat generating material is sprinkled on a frozen roadbed for disintegrating and thawing out an inner part of the roadbed is burdensome and costly.SOLUTION: A road heater 1 for pavement work is for thawing out a frozen roadbed or a base course, and includes: a shaft installed horizontally on a support member fitted on a movable work machine; a roller supported on the shaft for rolling over a road surface of the roadbed or the base course; a hole pierced around the roller for discharging hot air from an inner space to outside; a heater supported on the support member or on a side plate supported on the support member and having a tip part facing toward the inner space of the roller; and a heat insulation cover wound around the roller, except at a lower part on a rolling surface of the roller, leaving a prescribed interval.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、舗装工事用ロードヒーターに関し、従来の舗装工事においては、路床等の表面をバーナー等で加熱するのは、路床内部まで融解できず、凍結した路床等の融解が不十分であり、反応熱発生材料を路床に散布して路床内部まで解砕し融解するロードヒーターも手間が掛かり、コストが嵩むことが課題であって、それを解決することである。【解決手段】凍結した路床・路盤を融解させるためのロードヒーターであって、移動自在な作業機に装着される支持部材に横架されて支持された軸と、前記軸に支持されて前記路床・路盤の路面上を転動するローラーと、該ローラーの周囲に穿設され内部空間から外部に熱風を吹き出すための孔と、前記支持部材に支持され若しくは該支持部材に支持された側板に支持されて、その先端部が前記ローラーの内部空間に向けて配設されている加熱装置と、前記ローラーの転動面における下部を除く周囲に所要の間隙を置いて巻かれている断熱用のカバーとで構成されている舗装工事用ロードヒーター１とする。【選択図】図１
