FITTING STRUCTURE FOR DOOR HANDLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure for a door handle that prevents for certain denting and other types of deformation of the door, even when screwed too tightly for fitting the handle to the door.SOLUTION: A fitting structure for a door handle includes a first base 1, a second base 2, a screw 3 for connecting the bases, and a pair of door handles 8. A screw hole 44 is pierced from a tip to a base side on a boss 4 of the first base 1, and a screw 3 is screwed into the screw hole 44 of the boss 4, through a screw insertion hole 22 of the second base 2. The boss 4 may be elastically deformed, and has a rib 48 projecting on inner surfaces that face each other of a peripheral wall of the boss 4, the rib extending in an axial direction of the boss 4. The screw hole 44 has a female screw formed on inner surfaces of the rib 48 that face each other, and a space secured between an inner surface of a peripheral wall of the boss 4 and the screw 3, at other parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ドアへのハンドルの取り付けに際し、ビスを締め付けすぎても、ドアの凹みなどの変形を確実に防止できるようにする。【解決手段】第1台座1、第2台座2、これらを連結するビス3及び一対のドア用ハンドル8を備え、第1台座1のボス4に、先端から基部側へビス螺合用ねじ穴44を穿設し、ビス3を、第2台座2のビス挿通穴22を介してボス4のビス螺合用ねじ穴44にねじ込むドア用ハンドルの取付構造体において、前記ボス4は、弾性変形可能なものとし、ボス4の周壁の対向する内面には、リブ48をボス4の軸方向に延びるように突設し、前記ビス螺合用ねじ穴44は、対向するリブ48の内面に雌ねじが形成され、それ以外の部分でボス4の周壁の内面とビス3との間に空間が確保されるものとする。【選択図】図1
