CLOSING OPERATION SUPPRESSING STRUCTURE OF SLIDING DOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing operation suppressing structure of a sliding door capable of temporarily stopping the sliding door at an optional opening position for a prescribed time.SOLUTION: A closing operation suppressing structure of a sliding door includes a guide rail 12 along a door panel, and a unit member 20 slidably supported by a guide member 14, and the unit member includes a base member 21, a rocking member 22, a roller 23 made of an elastic material, a suppressing member, and an energizing member. When the sliding door is energized from a neutral position to an open direction or a close direction, the roller 23 of the rocking member is separated from the suppressing member, and elastic deformation is reduced, and frictional force is also reduced. Accordingly, the roller 23 is abutted and rolled onto an inner side surface of the guide rail 12, and the sliding door can be moved. After that, when energizing of the sliding door to the open direction is released, the rocking member 22 is moved to the neutral position by the energizing means, the roller 23 is pressed by the guide rail 12, and the frictional force between the roller 23 and the suppressing member is increased, and the sliding door is stopped. When the sliding door is further energized to the close direction, the elastic deformation is reduced, and the sliding door is moved to the close direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】任意の開放位置で所定時間の間だけ引き戸を一時停止させることができる引き戸の閉動作抑制構造を提供する。【解決手段】戸板に沿ったガイドレール12と、ガイド部材14により摺動可能に支持されるユニット部材20を有し、該ユニット部材は、ベース部材21と、搖動部材22と、弾性材料からなるローラ23と、抑制部材と、付勢部材を持つ。引き戸が中立位置から開方向、又は閉方向に付勢されると、揺動部材のローラ23が抑制部材から離間し、弾性変形が小さくなり、摩擦力も小さくなる。従って、ローラ23がガイドレール12の内側面に当接、転動し、引き戸を移動出来る。その後引き戸の開方向への付勢が解除されると、揺動部材22が付勢手段により中立位置へ向かい、ローラ23がガイドレール12に押圧され、ローラ23と抑制部材との摩擦力が増大し、停止する。さらに閉方向に付勢されると、弾性変形が小さくなり閉方向に移動する。【選択図】図10
