BEARING DEVICE INSTALLATION METHOD AND BEARING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method, which can temporarily placing a bearing device between a bridge girder and a bridge footing in a state where a shifting of the bridge girder in a bridge shaft direction is absorbed during installation construction and fix the bearing device between the bridge girder and the bridge footing by easily preventing a relative deviation movement in the bridge shaft direction between an upper shoe and a lower shoe after the temporary placement period, and a bearing device.SOLUTION: During an installation construction, a lower shoe 5 is fixed on a bridge footing 13 side, and an upper projection 8a of a side block 8 has a space S at both ends of a cutout part 4a of an upper shoe 4 in a bridge shaft direction and the upper shoe 4 is temporarily placed by fixing to the bridge footing 13 side. After a temporary placement period, a spacer 9 is inserted into spaces S1,S2 from outside in the direction perpendicular to the bridge shaft to stop a relative movement between the upper shoe 4 and the lower shoe 5 in the bridge shaft direction. The spacer 9 and the side block 8 are unified with a fixing bolt 10 that connects the spacer 9 to the upper projection 8a by penetrating the spacer 9 in the direction perpendicular to the bridge shaft from outside in the direction perpendicular to the bridge shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】据付施工中は橋桁の橋軸方向の変動を吸収する状態で支承装置を橋桁と橋脚の間に仮置きでき、仮置き期間経過後には上沓と下沓の相対的な橋軸方向のずれ移動を容易に阻止して橋桁と橋脚の間に固定できる据付方法および支承装置を提供する。【解決手段】据付施工中は、下沓5を橋脚13側に固定し、サイドブロック8の上方突出部8aが上沓4の切り欠き部4aの橋軸方向両端とすき間Sを有する状態にして上沓4を橋桁13側に固定して仮置き状態にし、仮置き期間の経過後には、橋軸直角方向外側からスペーサ9をすき間S1、S2に挿入して、上沓4と下沓5の相対的な橋軸方向の移動を阻止し、スペーサ9の橋軸直角方向外側からスペーサ9を橋軸直角方向に貫通して上方突出部8aに連結する取付ボルト10によって、スペーサ9とサイドブロック8とを一体化する。【選択図】図5
