CLOSING DEVICE FOR PROJECTED WINDOW AND PROJECTED WINDOW USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device widely opening/closing a projected sash with a small rotation amount of a driving gear.SOLUTION: A closing device X for a projected window includes: a long cam slide body 7 provided slidably in a window frame 2; a driving gear 3 provided in the window frame; and power conversion means 5 converting a rotary motion of the driving gear into a linear motion of the long cam slide body. A long-lever-shaped drive arm 3C extending in a radial outer direction of the driving gear is longer than a radius of the driving gear. The power conversion means has both front and rear ends pivotally supported by a projection tip part of the long-lever-shaped drive arm and a rear end of the long cam slide body respectively, and is longer than the long-lever-shaped drive arm. A long cam slide plate includes a first guide long hole 15 which is substantially linear, and a second guide long hole 16 having a curved portion. Furthermore, in a connection arm 10, a base end part is pivotally supported by a bracket 9 fixed to a projecting sash, and an engagement tip extending in a shape of an arm rod is provided with a first engaging projection 12 engaging with the first guide long hole and a second engaging projection 13 engaging with the second guide long hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】駆動歯車の少ない回転量ですべり出し障子を大きく開閉する装置を提供する。【解決手段】窓枠２に摺動自在に設けられた長尺状カム摺動体７、窓枠に設けられた駆動歯車３、駆動歯車の回転運動を長尺状カム摺動体の直線運動に変換する動力変換手段５を備えるすべり出し窓用開閉装置Ｘであって、駆動歯車の半径外方向に延びる長杆状駆動腕３Ｃは該駆動歯車の半径よりも長く、動力変換手段は長杆状駆動腕の突出先端部及び前記長尺状カム摺動体の後端部に前後の両端部がそれぞれ軸支され長杆状駆動腕よりも長く、また長尺状カム摺動板は略直線状の第１案内長孔１５と、曲がり部分を有する第２案内長孔１６とを有し、さらに連結アーム１０は、基端部がすべり出し障子に固定されたブラケット９に軸支され、一方、腕杆状に延びる係合先端部には第１案内長孔に係合する第１係合突起１２及び第２案内長孔に合する第２係合突起１３が設けるすべり出し窓用開閉装置。【選択図】図４
